As per the LCMHL Rules and Regulations, all teams must first contact their League Statistician before switching or rescheduling games, more specifically around tournaments. This article summarizes the process and includes the new tournament request form
LCMHL would like to remind its teams of the process of rescheduling and switching games around tournaments.
- ALL GAME CHANGES AND SWITCHES MUST BE APPROVED, IN ADVANCE, BY THE STATISTICIAN
- Prior to midnight on Dec. 15, teams may reschedule as many games as they need to change, provided the new date, time, and location are agreed to by both parties.
- After midnight on Dec. 15, a maximum of 2 game changes may be requested by any team.
When it comes to tournaments, No team will be permitted to enter any tournaments, during the playoff schedule, unless otherwise approved by the League. All requests need to be made in writing to the statistician.
Once your League Statistician has given you approval, the League requests that you fill out the
tournament request form as our means to track who has requested a tournament..
All tournament requests before December 15th can be approved by your League Statistician; after December 15th, the LCMHL Executive will need to approve the request.
