Suspension Reporting
All suspensions are reported through the online reporting tool TTM (Total Team Management).

What to Report
All Major Penalties, Misconducts, and Suspensions must be reported through TTM for:
- Regular league games
- Tournament games
- Exhibition games
In addition, report:
- Major incidents of Head Contact (HC)
- All incidents of Checking From Behind (CFB)
When to Report
All reports must be submitted within 24 hours of the infraction.
How to Report
All infractions are to be reported through the TTM online database.
Reporting Games Served
All games served must be entered into the TTM suspension database.
Gamesheets
Gamesheets must be uploaded to the infraction report within TTM. Clear mobile phone photos are accepted.

Game Sheet Requirements
- Ensure the name of the individual(s) serving a suspension is noted on the game sheet.
- Ensure the referee initials the individual(s) name.
- Ensure the suspension count is included (e.g., “1 of 3”).
- Only regular season, tournament, and playoff games count toward serving a suspension.
- Keep copies of all game sheets showing suspensions served until December of the following season.
Individual Suspensions
Game Suspension
- Not allowed to participate in any game (regular season, exhibition, tournament, or playoff).
- Only regular season, playoff, and tournament games count toward games served.
- Not allowed to be with the team before or after the game being served; only permitted in public areas of the arena.
Time Suspension
- Not allowed to participate with the team in any event or game until the suspension has been served.
Penalties for Not Serving a Suspension
- Severe suspensions apply to coaches who fail to sit players/officials for the proper suspension.
- Some competitive leagues may enforce forfeiture of games for using ineligible players.
