Game Switching & Rescheduling Around Tournaments
As per the LCMHL Rules and Regulations, all teams must first contact their League Statistician before switching or rescheduling games, especially around tournaments. This page summarizes the process and includes the tournament request form.
Game Change Rules
- All game changes and switches must be approved in advance by the League Statistician.
- Before midnight on December 15, teams may reschedule as many games as needed, provided both teams agree on the new date, time, and location.
- After midnight on December 15, a maximum of two game changes may be requested by any team.
Tournament Participation Rules
Teams are not permitted to enter tournaments during the playoff schedule unless approved by the League. All requests must be submitted in writing to the League Statistician.
Once your League Statistician has approved your request, please complete the Tournament Request Form so the League can track tournament participation.
Tournament requests submitted before December 15 may be approved by your League Statistician.
Tournament requests submitted after December 15 require approval from the LCMHL Executive.
